SkillStream Workforce OS
Training for frontline technician roles

Prepare people for the work you need done

Good training is not a library. It is a plan. We assess your team against the roles you need filled, train them in a managed cohort, and report progress to you until the work is done.

Nine live technical courses | Managed cohorts for organizations | Progress and completion reporting | Built for frontline technician roles

You bought the equipment. Now prepare the people.

Your supervisors should not have to build training while running production. SkillStream Workforce OS trains frontline technicians in solar, battery, data center, semiconductor, PCB assembly, installation, and maintenance roles. We manage enrollment, pacing, reminders, and reporting, and we give your leaders a clear view of who is advancing, who needs support, and who has completed the training.

Bring current technical training to the employers you serve

Your employers are asking for skills your current catalog may not cover. Workforce OS brings ready technical courses, managed cohorts, and completion reporting your program can stand behind. We can support employer led training plans and college led applications where the college or employer selects Gquest Global Medic LLC as its training partner.

Help candidates and apprentices arrive better prepared

Your clients want people who can contribute sooner. Workforce OS can provide role focused training, related instruction, managed cohorts, and clear completion records for candidates, apprentices, and incumbent workers. Training is planned with the partner, and every learner receives an honest record of what was completed.

What Workforce OS does

Skills Check

We assess a named group against a named role and provide a written view of strengths, gaps, and the recommended training path. A Skills Check covers one role and up to 15 learners.

Training Bundles

We map SkillStream courses to the role in the order learners should take them. Bundles can draw from solar module manufacturing, solar battery manufacturing, solar panel installation, battery energy storage, PCB assembly, industrial maintenance, data center operations, semiconductor manufacturing, and AI at Work.

Managed Cohorts

We agree the learner list, the start date, and the pacing plan with you. We support account setup, send learner reminders, track progress, and keep the cohort moving toward a defined close date.

Progress Reporting

You receive clear reports during the cohort and a final completion report. Reports show enrollment, progress, knowledge check results, completion status, risks, and recommended next steps.

Talent Readiness Profiles

Learners who complete training may agree in writing to a profile that summarizes the courses completed, the knowledge checks passed, and the role the training supports. Profiles are shared only with partners the learner has approved.

Start with one role and one cohort

A first pilot includes one role, one cohort of 8 to 15 learners, one Skills Check, the matching training bundle, cohort setup, and management and reporting for the pilot period. It is small enough for a leader to approve and complete enough to show whether Workforce OS fits your organization.

How it works

  1. Conversation. We learn the role, the learner count, the target start window, and the problem you are trying to solve.
  2. Skills Check. We assess the group and send a written summary with a recommended training path.
  3. Training plan. We agree the bundle, the cohort list, the pacing plan, and the reporting contact.
  4. Managed cohort. Learners train on SkillStream while we track progress, send reminders, and report to you.
  5. Completion report. We close with an honest report of completions, remaining gaps, and the next training step worth considering.

Built by a practitioner, for the frontline

SkillStream was built by James Onsomu, a manufacturing practitioner and author with more than six years of manufacturing leadership experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, and cybersecurity credentials. Workforce OS brings that floor level understanding to organizations that need technicians prepared with structure, support, and honest reporting.

Questions and answers

Q: Does Workforce OS issue industry certifications?

A: No. Training is aligned to industry practice. Learners receive certificates of completion where the platform issues them, and Workforce OS records those completions in its reports. We do not issue industry certifications.

Q: Does Workforce OS promise jobs?

A: No. We prepare people well and report honestly on what they have completed. We do not promise employment, interviews, or placement.

Q: How long does a cohort take?

A: The timeline depends on the courses in the bundle, the weekly time learners can protect, and the pace your organization chooses. The timeline is agreed before the cohort begins and is shown in the pacing plan.

Q: Can Workforce OS work with workforce funding?

A: In the right case, yes. An employer or college may select Gquest Global Medic LLC as a training partner or provider within its own funding application. Workforce OS does not claim ETPL status, and funding decisions remain with the funding organization.

Q: What learner information appears in reports?

A: Reports go only to the reporting contact named by the sponsoring organization. They include the progress information needed to manage that organization cohort. Talent readiness profiles are prepared only with written learner agreement and are shared only with approved partners.

Q: What does it cost?

A: Pricing depends on the role, the courses selected, the learner count, and the level of cohort management required. Sponsored seats and service fees are confirmed in a written pilot proposal after a scoping call. No buyer is asked to commit before the full cohort price is stated in writing.
